Kettle Moraine, WI | FSA CFAP website said Monday the 21st a spreadsheet and application would be available online then.
CFAP websites of FSA have payment rates and calculations. I found easiest to navigate to google "CFAP 2 Corn" to get to page with those payments.
Corn is something like= $0.23/by TIMES your Spring 2020 APH
Edit to add: I think someone in another forum said it best when they stated the payment percent was just a tool they chose to get the payment rate they wanted
