We put tile around our house when we added on but the basement walls still seeped. So we had a company come out and told us what we needed to do to fix it. We did it ourselves, but we dug down to the tile and then drilled each block and put a tube from the block to the tile. Each block was full of water. A lot of work but it did the trick.
