Yes and no...

The cost for a large TA adjustment is significant. Not enough that you wouldn't take the TA but it adds up. Check out a unit you have with 4 years history with a 220 TA APH so the adjustment is in the 5 bpa range and a unit that has 10 yields over 20 years with a 220 TA APH with an adjustment in the 24 bpa range on your schedule of insurance.
