Leesburg, Ohio | I didn't read the link, so maybe you are just being sarcastic, but if not, a general statement saying everyone should beware of using partnerships as a business organization is quite a broad statement, don't you think?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a partnership as long as both/all partners go into it with open eyes, a good attorney, and a good exit plan.
Are there advantages and disadvantages? Of course there are, as there is with any form of business organization. Nothing wrong with pointing those out, either. Just hit me wrong to read someone essentially saying all partnerships are bad.... (and no, I am not in any partnerships.) | |
