Yes we always have a 2.8 area bean or 2.9. Rep liked this variety have had 2.6s before, this is our first year with this variety so far like it, cant complain for what little rain it did have. Got more of this on better ground tomorrow with fungicide, got 36x6s planted april 20th and April 6th not ready yet id say 2 weeks

Do you normally plant wheat behind the early beans? My dad has some 2.7x0 and they don't look to special. To me it's to short of a season bean for our area. I have some April planted 3.3s that are moving right along but his may planted 2.7s will be right there behind them. Some April 3.8s are grass green


Beans are a funny creature.
