Southern MD | I cannot speak for him as he is on the eastern shore and I’m on the western shore but we had midge and SCA this year. First time for aphid but my sorghum was very close to maturity when they hit and was very sporadic in intensity. Planning on spraying the insecticide with round up to kill plant and aphids for harvest in next few days. Didnt want to kill aphids n get second flush before harvest. Midge was bad here as the horn hunters are finding dead deer everywhere from suspected EHD | |
