Sunburst Montana | I have my grandpa’s Farmall M, IH TD 14A, and IH 240. Reason we still have them is because he never traded them in when he upgraded tractors and they were still serving a purpose at the time. I have old pictures and even a few film reels of him driving those tractors. Still have a few IH pickups he bought from that era too. None of the tractors have been run or used in years. But they will leave the farm only when I do. I’ve even gone out and bought a few tractors and combines like my grandpa and great grandpa used to own like IH W9 and MH Super 27 and 90 combine. Call me a sucker for liking my family history. If I was in your position I probably wouldn’t have bought the 2840 either if it was a poor tractor to begin with.
