Feel like I’m getting too many fines in corn. Have gordon concaves and bars. Concaves set at 22, right at thickness of cobs. I’ve slowed the rotor down to 230. I see many suggest faster to get the corn through faster, but I thought the speed cracked the corn. Bottoms sieve is wide open, no returns. Front vanes are in mid position, rear in slow.

Ideas?

If you want the corn to get through faster, would you do that with the vanes?
