Why would you exit long positions if you feel a rally is coming?
We were long the oct hogs and had good money in them and South Korea announced right away and China stayed silent so there was a ton of uncertainty. The oct had already rallied 22 dollars. Plus the old adage buy the rumor sell the fact is in play. Germany is the number 3 supplier to China for pork. So this could mean the US will pick up more of the pounds from Germany. |
