You may have to start using Trimble Ag Business Solutions, which is the web (cloud) based system that Trimble has gone to. You can read all of your monitor data in using this platform, then export the data out in shape files to be read into the legacy Farm Works. Not the handiest. There is a sync option, but that does nothing but screw up your books, as the cloud based accounting is cash only. We might just have to get used to the two systems.
Redundancy in data entry has always been one of my pet peeves.
Cash books are good for tax purposes and in time analysis, but accrual books are the best for overall business performance and status.
The legacy Farm Works is still a good platform, just have to figure out the work around for entering unreadable data if the systems import is not updated. Annual tax schedules can be entered in manually as always.
