Center of Nebr. | We should not see $9.00 beans for at least a year. We have decreasing yield and increasing demand. The prevent plant acres increased as well today. The demand from China is a big unknown as to how big it really is at this point. The market was strong all day going into the report. It was like the buyers didn't care what the report was going to say. They just wanted to own beans. The stocks to use ratio is hovering around 10% and will probably be less in the next report. Historically $10.00 are cheap when the stocks to use ratio is near or below !0%. | |
