Did they have lower than expected production numbers?
Are they concerned about LT relations between the US and/or the EU?
They seem to be concerned about food security. I hope that doesn't have long term effects on production agriculture for the US/world. I'd hate to think they are trying to be more self sufficient. This would have a large impact on US markets.
What does China know that we don't?
