SE Iowa | This is the same thing guys thought when there was strong basis in Jan-Mar..."its not there" E-plant production is down..nation wide if you looked at the weekly ethanol report out today..local things are local things...they are just getting to the new crop ...look at defers basis plays...should be the same as nearbys...Farmer is bullish will hold.
