| I'm from northwest Ohio and I've planted some of the Agra Max 454 the past couple years. The wheat did right at 100 bu. per acre this year. I upped the amount of top dressed nitrogen to 115# actual N per acre. This variety is bred to handle higher nitrogen rates. I also split applied the nitrogen, with 45# of urea in March and then 70# of 28-0-0 in April. | |
