We are kind of close in NE IA.
If the farmland is below a 65CSR, it seems to drop off fast.
Lots for sale at $110/point that won't sell and has been available for a while.
Two most recent farms in my area were for about 50 or 55 CSR farms, and they brought $88 and $95 per point as far as I know.
