Good is if my wife scorches something in it take 3 swipes with a brush, better good is one swipe. No soaking anymore, scum from boiling sausage comes right off, scorched milk from chocalate pudding or tomato soup is no issue. One pan gets used for browning burger everyday, is over a year old and still looks new. Only issue is some brands the handle loosens up and the bolt is too long. Have to put a washer in to keep tight
