The reason there was only a 38 cent move is because there has been massive selling by the farmer. This allowed the funds to get neutral very cheaply. The market has put in a long term low. The farmer does not know it is a bottom so he sells on the first rally. The funds aren't stupid. They are neutral corn and long beans for a reason. The market has turned.
