Joke. Maybe it came from here? Dad and young daughter come upon a pair of turtles going at it, the one on top pawing with front feet. Daughter stares and says "Daddy I have a question". Dad cringes and thinks "Well here we go". Says "Yes, what is it?". "Daddy, why doesn't he just go around?"
