Central Alberta | 20 years ago phones had nickel metal hydride batteries and no charge controllers. They just trickle-charged until they were charged and then it was up to you to unplug it. If you left them plugged in all the time, you probably needed a new battery once a month. It's different nowadays. Phones use charge controllers and lithium ion batteries, so it's fine to leave them on the charger all the time. | |
