You were right about that turn on a dime. Back in late July it hadn't rained here for 3 weeks and it looked like it was gonna be a dry one. Then right before 3rd cutting we got over 8" in 5 days. Worried about making ruts. Been good ever since but I always worry about next year.
Ok not to sound rude, but anyone in the I states really has no clue what dry is. Not trying to sound like an ass. I am sure someone that lives in death valley would say , anyone from Texas can't tell me what hot and dry is.
3 weeks without rain is normal and no cause for alarm and I doubt you were not having air temps of 105 everyday. |
