We run a garden hose stream of water to the eductor, helps a bunch.
Way back when we built our tender truck, could buy two 2 inch pumps cheaper than one 3 inch pump. So one pump idles and runs water to the eductor, and other pump fills tank with water and liquid chem. Once done mixing, both pumps get run full speed to finish filling the tank with water.
How does everyone add granular atrazine to tank?
