I know a lot of people bale corn stalks for cows , just wondered if goats will eat them . Thinking about getting some goats thought it might help get them through the winter .


If you read through the previous responders you will see quite a range in the recommendations.
Goats seem to need to be taught to eat a lot of things.

That means that the kids have to see momma eating.
So how do you teach momma to like - - - - - that's my $64k question.

Found it frustrating when I was feeding some over RFV 200 alfalfa and they wanted to eat RFV 100 beef cow hay instead.

Recommendation - - - - try some but don't rely on it!
