I bought an aluminum tool briefcase and some thick foam to stuff it with at Walmart and attacked it with a razorblade to hold my EZG+.  Works great.  I even hollowed out some sections for extra cables, etc.  Knock protection is good, but if water might be a problem try searching the net for an Otterbox in the right size and stuff it with some thick sheet foam.

edit: I was going to take a pic but then remembered that I left it in my car trunk and brought a truck home tonight.  Maybe tomorrow night...
