Can't change it on the 20/20. Can be changed on an ag leader display or on a computer using an adapter cable and hemisphere's pocket max software. Usually with a 20/20 you'll be configuring port B to 19200 or 38400 baud, 5 hz, and RMC, GGA, and VTG messages on.
