Tried making wienerschnitzel and a heavy cream mushroom sauce. Failed. Didn't pound the pork loin thin enough. Had too hot of oil so the breading burned before the pork was even close to done, and I didn't have heavy cream ,only light buttermilk, so the sauce was thin and lacking flavor. No place in town has it like Heinrich at Micheals on St Cloud would make. Authentic. He retired and closed, only to pass away a year later in a grass fire that got away from him. Wonderful caring person, terrible way to die.
