| We have a pizza at the winery called the“ pig in a maize“ It is a pizza with Prosciutto and sweet corn on a white sauce with red onion and pepper flakes. It is actually my favorite. The sweet corn we raise and have to freeze enough to have for the whole year. We froze once before today and today we froze about 9 dozen ears. I picked, husked and cleaned silk and Diane cut the corn off and packaged. It probably took us a couple hours.
