The nanostation has a signal beam pattern that I believe is 90 degrees. You could have building 2 and 3 aimed at the house. The Nanostation at the house would have to be configured as the access point, the other as stations.
For WIFI in the yard, a Ubiquiti Unifi AP or AP-LR would probably cover the yard. I'm happy with their performance.
