West Central Illinois | forgot all about trac fones, they would be a good candidate. Growing up dad bought us boys cell phones just because farms were pretty far away and incase we had trouble mowing roadsides, accidents, etc. for a safety precaution. Worked well for us. I just don't want to start my kids off early in their life staring at a phone 5 hours like I am now! I once saw an experiment where young kids brains were monitored and when they were looking at their ipads, the same parts in the brain as a person doing cocaine were being activated. Just my two cents.
