Do you already have a precision ag display in the tractor? If so, you may be able to build the monitoring and flow controls around it. Trimble would be via FieldIQ or Mueller ISOBUS to a flow meter like Krohne Optiflux 4100. JD has an NIR unit on the market https://www.deere.com/assets/publications/index.html?id=e43dbfab#6
