| The paper they told us was the one the UPS guy(person) have, and we had to put the name (address) of the place going and our Address with name also.
We put the addresses on the bow in Magic Marker and also did the same on a white piece of paper and taped it to it.
Yes the driver was in a hurry and just grabbed it and said he'll fill it out. I just happen to open the door when I seen he was there, and he was walking back to the van.
The one at UPS told my wife that we should have a number and without that ,nothing they can do for us.
We were handed nothing or even have an email , from them.
I went online and said that you can track your history by your individual UPS number and we don't have one of them also, as we never send anything with them. If it wasn't for the place where we got the part from was paying and told us to use them, we would have used some one else.
