MapWindows has no knowledge of any agricultural formats.   There are people that use the free FOViewer to translate from a proprietary format to shapefiles, and then MapWindows, but you don't get any recordkeeping.

Go into JDOffice and do a full farm/field shapefile export of what you have.   Zip that and e-mail it to me, and I'll build a card for you and send it back.   That will get you going.
