While I hope someone closer helps you.  Was this a gravel lot on the west side of 13 at a well keep farmstead. Office is down the hill in a barn, with the name on the front.  If it is the one I am thinking about they are Mennonite and rebuild damaged trailers.  They specialize in aluminum.  Seen some pretty good wrecks get repaired and resold out of that place.  That is not meant to be derogatory. Seen pots and grain trailers setting around to be repaired.  My guess is they take the time to do it right.  I could track down the number if this is the location.  Google search shows 3 Weaver Auto that direction but they don't match.  My gut says you where at the repair shop I talk about above.
