SC MN | I'm assuming since that stuff is hanging up there, that its rotten anyway. I would buy one of those rotary lawn sprinklers with a spike on it and attach it to a pipe and stick it up in there and turn it on. Get it above the material and let the water run down the walls and soften it up. Might take a while, but I'm sure most of that stuff will eventually come out. Will make a big mess though.
