Mark, I’ve never seen such a thing.
The toxowix round vertical models have been very common, and I think Belien also had a common pto model.
The one you linked looks huge, and it looks all covered up in solid tin how does it move any air/ moisture.

That looks like a Dri-All continuous flow, using a tractor for just the fan. The outer shell is for trapping the heated air and recycling it. There are doors on the top of the bottom side tin that open up to let the steam go out the top. PTO drive allowed you to have a continuous flow dryer even if your electrical service was marginal. Don't know if they're still in business or if parts are available.
