Do you have a Microsoft account? Guessing it’s asking you to sign in. Signing in should stop it from asking everytime.
I am starting to use it more and more. If you do use more then on computer it’s a nice option to keep files accessible everywhere. It does get a little confusing at first if files are stored locally or on one drive.
