my mercury dealer says to run my verado 4 stroke wide open once each day used to prevent ring fouling and to use a yamaha fuel additive. The new 2 strokes run very clean but have been told that some waters won't allow them. I love my Verado until the big repair comes along. Match what you got? Straight gas gets old fast.
