Put yourself in the mind of a buyer, they want to pay as little as possible. Can't hurt to offer at your price, but try and get a sense of what other people are able to sell corn for.
If the ethanol plant is -55 and is full, that seems to imply corn is trading and your -25 may be too optimistic. That said, worst you get is a 'no'
