C IL | I just read his recent book, DisUnited Nations and the Scramble for Power in an Ungoverned World. Bought it after making my earlier post and read it this weekend.
Absolutely mind blowing predictions. Who would believe how much the world could change in another couple decades if even half of this holds true.
I’m not sure I understand how everything fits exactly into agriculture. If the US has the only decent economy, how is the dollar valued?
If the demand for animal protein declines, who is going to eat all of the ag commodities we are going to produce in a world where non-US finance, fertilizers, and transport are all severely constrained? | |
