You are correct clicker.Goverment programs are the new foo foo juice in ag.
new? they started spoon feeding it almost 100 years ago, the gagging and reflux made it hard to go down but they were starving and hungry and desperate, then the next generation said it's some nasty tasting stuff but it sure makes the hard times more manageable, then the next generation decided it was fairly bland but sure made it easier to afford some of the conveniences and luxuries in life, then the next generation decided it tasted fairly good and they deserved it because they carried around the burden of having to feed the world and provide clean energy. Now everyone is obese on the brew and can't even taste it anymore as they are delirious on the stuff, so the government is hooking up an IV to prevent the same withdrawal symptoms like we've seen happening in the big cities the last few months. How do you wean a junkie off his poison and make him self sufficient? You don't if you want him dependent on you for his every need. He can't even stick with the drug (ag subsidies) that brought him this far, he is out sniffing around in the hotter options, like these PPP loans that aren't even real loans, but "forgivable loans", hotter crack that will get me even higher. There used to be moral standards that a guy would repay loans. Now we are taking out loans with the intent of never repaying them, because we expect them to be forgiven, and hey, it's "free" money. |
