I’m not sure they have an iOS version, but I have used Field Navigator for Android as a light bar for spreading dry fertilizer. On my Samsung A5 I feel like it was +/- 1 meter so I wouldn’t use it for planting without a Bluetooth GPS antenna.

A soil sampler I talked to uses a Garmin GLO 2 to send GPS to his tablet and is happy with it. I haven’t used it myself though.
