Morris, Mb. | I’ve always used an oil fryer. Not sure how they work in the air fryer. After I slice the onions I let them air dry for 15 mins, then into seasoned flour then into beer batter, then into a drip rack for 5 minutes then into the oil. I have never had a problem getting the batter to stick doing it this way. Quicker to make than home made French fries. | |
