| I have a android 10 phone and whenever I start having problems with my phone, mostly revolving around pictures, I swipe up and see that I have 30 or so apps running. Android 10 is supposed to keep apps loaded but shut them down from taking very much memory. I then swipe all the way to the left and hit cancel these apps. Then everything starts working just fine then. So some of the apps are supposed to be shutdown but someone or 3 or 4 are causing problems. I found an app that showed how much memory I was using and that cancelling all the apps my memory went back up.
I wonder if android 10 has a problem with photos because they are big files. On older androids that could be a bigger problem.
