Anyone? JD sprayer wheel motors similar

Got torx head bolts out.
Have horsed on the brake pretty hard but it’s not coming off the torque hub. Is the sealant bonding it on?
Side question is I can’t turn the wheel motor input shaft at all. Not even a little wiggle.
But I can reach in and spin the motor coupling inside the brake/hub with only light drag.
Tried running the wheel motor while hanging from it’s hose but brake release oil was pumping out from where the motor mounts.
How do you get the park brake apart on a power wheel? Willmar or JD etc
