Great idea what do you suggest since all the infrastructure in my area is geared towards handling and buying corn and soybeans just like it has been for the last 70 years
you're hitting on the obvious, keep doing the same thing over and over and do what everyone else does and keep crying about it. It's never easy to innovate and reinvent yourself to improve profitability. You got to keep ahead of the curve if you are going to lead the pack and make more than a breakeven return.
