No. The guy that is the technical advisor for our local Sunsource repair facility has told us numerous times there's only 2 reasons to ever change hydraulic oil. If it's been hot enough to burn it, or it has water in it. Hydraulic oil doesn't wear out or have additives that are consumed like engine oil. If you have contamination issues with hydraulic oil it's from a component failure, or lack of filtration.
