Search SensorPush on amazon. You would need the gateway as well to connect to your router so you could monitor remotely through the app. Other brands will show up on amazon searching for that as well so you can look at other options. I have been happy with the sensorpush myself. Gives me remote warnings if temps get out of the range I defined in the app and easy to set up and use. I also like that I can buy multiple sensors to connect to the gateway. Started with 1 freezer and put one in my fridge. Later purchased more sensors to add to a 2nd freezer and a garage fridge so it is expandable as well.
