As far as I have noticed, the noaa forecast has never changed, only gotten warmer. So the only possible “changes,” would have come from private forecasters.... as far as trumps comments, nobody believes we have a phase one deal, yet, they sell off a possible no phase two deal? That makes little sense. Somebody wants to sell, that much is for sure.
Anybody else find coincidence
