Take it back apart and remove the lube from the rollers. It's a HUGE no no. If they're seizing, they get replaced. If there is flat spots on the s-cams, they get replaced.

When rebuilding, Rockwell specifically states NOT to lube the rollers, it can cause dirt to get stuck on them and they'll slide, causing what they feel is dangerous braking performance.

I do put a very tiny amount of anti size on the roller shoulders only when I rebuild brakes.
