West Central Wisconsin
Standard fixins for tacos include sour cream, guacamole, salsa or taco sauce, cheese, lettuce, re fried beans, black olives and black beans. Walking tacos are great and similar to my aunt's "haystacks", which was a layer of Fritos, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and then topped with chili. We really like burrito bowls for a Keto meal lately. Slow cook chicken breasts in chilpotle peppers and adobo sauce then add cheese, lettuce black beans, onions, tomatoes and black olives. The last might be the easiest.
