Windom, MN | The guy who worked on my electric motor has retired, and I need someone to repair 2 motors.
Had my dryer inspected, and one motor needs bearings and to be "magged" (?) to see if the windings are okay. This is what the inspector told me, and I don't want issues this fall so wanted to get the motor looked at. Then I have an old 10HP motor with start and run issues but the capacitors seem to be okay, so I wonder if it was put together wrong or has some winding problems too. I've learned a lot about capacitors and fix what I can, but both of these problems are above my knowledge.
Anyone know anyone good with the equipment to do this stuff that is close to SW MN or NW IA? Recommendations would be appreciated.
